I was shown exercises that were well tailored to me and my needs and explained in detail so that I can do them perfectly at home. Already during the first 6 appointments there was a noticeable improvement in my back pain and posture. In addition, the most important theoretical background to the exercises, the back and my problems was always explained, so that I can now also deal with my back better in everyday life and understand the problems and solutions. The practice itself is clean and modern and has everything you need.
I will definitely choose e3 physiotherapy again for future therapies.
